Job summary

FIRY is seeking an experienced executive to own enterprise technology, infrastructure and cybersecurity across the company. You will strengthen operations, establish governance, and translate tech risk into a roadmap for the board and executives.

Lead data and security investments and drive resilience, uptime, and cost-effective spend with vendors. You will direct SOX-compliant ITGCs, enterprise infrastructure, and cloud platforms, while building a strong internal team and trusted external

Qualifications

• Senior IT and cybersecurity leadership with cloud-first, distributed operations.
• Experience designing, remediating, and operating ITGCs in a public-company SOX environment.
• Proven ability to govern risk, budgets, and vendor portfolios.
• Strong executive communication to board and committees.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise IT and security strategy, roadmap, budget, and performance metrics.
• Own secure corporate infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and identity management.
• Lead ITGC remediation, access controls, change management, and evidence retention.
• Serve as senior cybersecurity operator and CISO, with policy development and monitoring.
• Direct business continuity, disaster recovery, and third-party risk governance.
• Partner with Engineering for clear ownership across boundary of IT and security.
• Lead integration/separation planning for acquisitions and material vendors.
• Develop and scale internal teams and managed providers with SLA discipline.
• Translate risk and performance into concise recommendations for CAO and Board.
