Job summary

Verily Health is seeking a Solution Engineering leader to drive strategic alignment, standardization, and operational excellence for solution delivery. You will enable leadership, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure architectural alignment across product and engineering groups.

The role spans lifecycle architecture, contract reviews, and ensuring SLAs and commitments are met while collaborating with sales to respond to RFPs and deploy scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer, data science, engineering, or life sciences.
• 10+ years of experience developing technologies in healthcare/healthcare data.
• Experience delivering scalable solutions on cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
• Proven experience in AI/ML solution design, training, and deployment with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales solutions consultation and aligning Verily teams to ensure on-time delivery and architectural alignment.
• Develop common, reusable solutions and reference architectures to reduce custom efforts.
• Improve business processes and prioritization frameworks to optimize resource allocation.
• Provide architecture and technical expertise across the entire lifecycle of a solution, including SLAs and contracts.
