Verily Health is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to bridge clients, engineering, product, and customer success teams, guiding enterprise implementations from initiation through deployment and support transition.

This role emphasizes on-time delivery within scope, proactive risk management, executive sponsorship engagement, and building long‑term customer relationships. WorkLocation: Onsite at the client’s location three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years managing enterprise customer delivery, software implementations, professional services, or complex technology programs.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects on time and building relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, SDLC, and technical implementation best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills with a consultative, collaborative, and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery and project management across the full implementation lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with enterprise customers and executive sponsors throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while ensuring quality and compliance.
• Define success metrics and drive adoption, change management, and value realization for executives.
