• Directly supervise academic services administrators and coordinate staffing, tenure, and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate recruitment and orientation of faculty and staff, ensuring equal opportunity in employment.
• Lead budget development and monitoring for areas of responsibility; prepare annual financial plans and reports.
• Coordinate curriculum development, program review, and accreditation-related activities.
