Job summary

Qualifications

• Twelve years of progressively responsible experience leading complex, enterprise-wide operations, real estate, facilities, procurement, travel, safety, or shared services.
• Ten years overseeing a broad, multi-location portfolio of infrastructure and support services.
• Eight years of senior leadership experience.
• Experience managing operating and capital budgets, real estate transactions, supplier relationships, and complex contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for long-range property planning and acquisition vision.
• Lead enterprise strategy for facilities, workplace services, travel, procurement, safety, and mission support services.
• Oversee facilities operations, construction, maintenance, space management, safety, and security across locations.
• Shape travel and event support strategy and enterprise procurement practices.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing leadership team.
• Establish governance frameworks, performance measures, and service standards.
