Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company seeks an experienced Chief Information Security Officer to lead security strategy and multi-year roadmaps protecting information assets. The role collaborates with executive leadership to align IT security with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The CISO will own security policies and architecture across cloud and on‑premise environments, report to the board, and drive risk management and compliance initiatives in a complex, growing mortgage organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree directly related to the position or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in cybersecurity across security architecture, risk management, compliance, and security operations.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience.
• Advanced security certifications (CISSP required; CISM, CISA, and CRISC preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise information security strategy and a multi-year roadmap.
• Own the enterprise security architecture across cloud/on premise infrastructure, APIs, and internal applications.
• Owns all security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Represents InfoSec at Board of Directors and executive committee meetings.
