Job summary

Northeast Treatment Centers (NET) seeks an experienced leader to guide the organization’s next chapter in Philadelphia child welfare, juvenile justice, and social services. You will shape strategy, engage with city and partner stakeholders, and drive a diversified funding approach to sustain mission impact.

With a focus on equity, trauma-informed care, and strong governance, the role requires a skilled fundraiser, advocate, and organizational builder to navigate a complex policy and funding

Qualifications

• Lead the organization with a clear, credible vision for its role in Philadelphia child welfare, juvenile justice, and social services.
• Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan in partnership with the Board.
• Sustain NET’s reputation for high-quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and trauma-informed practice.
• Diversify NET’s revenue base across government contracts, foundation grants, and philanthropy.

Responsibilities

• Lead NET into its next chapter with strategic leadership and external engagement.
• Represent NET in city, state, and partner settings to advance mission.
• Build and sustain a strong, accountable senior team and board collaboration.
• Grow philanthropic capacity and pursue expansion opportunities to extend services.
