Job summary

Nexus Family Healing in Towson, MD is seeking an impact-driven Clinical Director to provide strategic and clinical leadership for our Treatment Foster Care program. The role oversees trauma-informed service delivery, program quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance to ensure youth and families receive exceptional, strengths-based care across all aspects of the program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services, psychology, or clinically related field is required.
• Maryland professional licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LCSW-C is required.
• Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or residential settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a CJIS or state/federal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed clinical leadership for the Treatment Foster Care program onsite in Towson, MD.
• Oversee program management, quality assurance, and staff development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Nexus’s trauma-informed care model.
• Support budget development and manage clinical programming within the agency.
