• Develop and execute enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned with System priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce trends, risks, and compensation matters.
• Oversee pay plans, job classifications, and market- and equity-based analyses.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and leadership development.
