Job summary

Coral Tree Cafe in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an experienced General Manager for our upscale casual dining concept. You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold brand standards across service, food quality, and safety.

You'll lead a high-performing team, manage budgets and labor, drive profitability, and partner with ownership to grow the business. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required; compensation ranges from $90K to $100K plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Proven success leading high-performing teams in a hospitality-driven environment.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing restaurant financial performance, including labor, payroll, budgeting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations while delivering exceptional food quality, service, and hospitality.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experience through attentive, polished service.
• Lead restaurant marketing, public relations, and sales-building initiatives that drive guest engagement.
• Develop and implement systems and processes that improve efficiency, staffing, and overall restaurant performance.
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, California labor laws, Department of Health regulations, and OSHA standards.
