Qualifications

• Must have over 10 years of experience in a senior operations position within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with multisite, multistate operations, business modeling, and resource allocation and management.
• Proven track record of increased profitability, improved performance and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on various assignments simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Excel and Word for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and recommendations for improvement to the organization’s core services focusing on resource planning, deployment and utilization.
• Assist in developing organizational standards and KPIs covering staffing ratios, scheduling, logistics and financial performance.
• Direct an internal team that reviews and monitors daily KPIs in support of business operations.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategies for improving resource management.
• Guide and direct management in development, production, promotion, and operational/financial aspects of the organization’s services.
• Direct preparation of short- and long-range plans and budgets based on corporate goals and growth objectives.
• Oversee executives who direct field/program activities implementing organization policies.
• Implement programs that meet corporate goals and objectives.
• Create structure and processes to manage current activities and projected growth.
• Maintain a plan of corporate organization with policies for management development and succession.
• Install procedures and controls to promote communication and information flow.
• Establish operating policies aligned with CEO’s broad policies and ensure execution.
• Evaluate results of operations and report to President.
• Ensure subordinate responsibilities, authorities, and accountability are defined.
• Ensure all activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
