Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have over 10 years of experience in a senior operations position within a healthcare setting.
• Experience with multisite, multistate operations, business modeling, and resource allocation and management.
• Proven track record of increased profitability, improved performance and process improvement.
• Exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and make recommendations for improvement to the organization’s core services focusing on resource planning, deployment and utilization.
• Direct an internal team that reviews and monitors daily key performance indicators in support of business operations.
• Develop long- and short-term strategies for improving resource management.
• Directs the preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based on corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing business operations.
• Evaluate operations results and report to the President on performance.
