Intuit is seeking a dynamic Group Manager to lead High Value Partner (HVP) Accountant Support within the Accountant Customer Success organization. This leader will own the end-to-end experience for strategic accounting partners, including HVP firms and IES customers.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in customer success, service delivery, or partner management in a senior people leadership role.
• Premium & Enterprise experience delivering high-touch, consultative support for complex mid-market or enterprise segments.
• Relationship-led leader with ability to build trust-based partnerships and drive business outcomes.
• History of hiring, developing, and leading large, scalable teams.
• Strong cross-functional influence across sales, product, finance, and operations at all levels.
• Change leadership in high-change environments and organizational transformation.
• Business and product acumen aligning investments to strategic priorities and revenue goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences including executives.
• Domain experience in accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a specialized unit focused on High Value Partner firms and IES customers with high-touch support.
• Drive growth within the HVP segment with sales, product, and revenue teams to accelerate IES adoption.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable product and experience improvements.
• Oversee strategic partner programs (VAR, Revenue Share, Wholesale) for premium support.
• Build and lead a high-performing, empathetic, ownership-driven team.
• Establish partner relationship health frameworks to ensure engagement and retention.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex partner issues and rapid resolutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align the HVP model with business priorities.
• Deploy expert-only support models and AI-powered tools to improve delivery quality.
• Define scalable solutions for evolving partner ecosystem and IES deployments.
• Provide executive thought leadership on HVP strategy and accountability to revenue growth.
• Develop business cases to prioritize investments driving loyalty and revenue.
