Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in executive leadership, business development, healthcare growth, or strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute company-wide growth strategies across divisions and affiliated companies.
• Attend networking events, conferences, healthcare meetings, and executive functions as a public-facing leader.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physician groups, SNFs, ALFs, and other healthcare providers to expand referral networks.
• Identify joint ventures, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities to support market expansion.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to recruit strategic personnel and align departments for scalable growth.
