The CGO will spearhead scalable growth initiatives, manage multi-location efforts, and build referrals with healthcare providers to fuel sustainable expansion and new ventures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in business growth leadership or executive leadership.
• Proven track record of growing businesses and generating revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies across Advantixx and its affiliated companies.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities across multiple divisions.
• Evaluate geographic expansion, new locations, services and business lines.
• Establish measurable growth targets and monitor performance against objectives.
• Develop referral relationships with hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, and healthcare partners.
