You will co-create, edit, and guide bold narratives, aligning cross-functional teams and executive sponsors to win high-stakes opportunities.

You will shape standards for the Growth team, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive strategic, revenue-generating initiatives across major pitches, shaping the agency’s growth

Qualifications

• 12+ years of media agency experience in business development or pitching.
• Exceptional storytelling, strategic writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough ideas.
• Strong cross-functional leadership to align teams around a common vision.
• Competitive with a genuine hunger to win and a bias for action.
• Ability to drive revenue and become a financial driver for the agency.
• Strong alignment to Starcom and Publicis culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Shape and elevate pitch narratives into bold, memorable stories from first touch to final presentation.
• Lead large cross-functional pitch teams and partner with executive leadership.
• Own end-to-end pitch delivery plan, timelines, checkpoints, and design execution.
• Synthesize Starcom and Publicis Groupe capabilities into differentiated pitch solutions.
• Set standards, pace, and ways of working for the Growth team and career development.
• Identify patterns across wins and losses to refine pitch strategy and growth priorities.
• Develop relationships and trust across the organization and with sponsors.
