Stars Behavioral Health Group seeks a Chief Business Development Officer to research, evaluate, obtain, and develop new and expanded opportunities. Reporting to the President and CEO, the CBDO leads proposal development, responses to solicitations, and oversees contract development and negotiations with payors, including government entities and insurers.

Formación

• At least five years of experience as a health, mental health, or social services manager.
• Experience planning, developing, contracting, marketing, and providing behavioral healthcare and/or other social services.
• Knowledge of behavioral health, child welfare, and related program operations.
• Ability to develop and evaluate business strategies and perform financial analysis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
