Job summary

BHcare seeks a strategic, relationship-driven Chief Business Development Officer to join our executive leadership team. This role will advance strategic partnerships, identify new opportunities, and enhance community relationships to support long-term sustainability.

You will lead business development, marketing, communications, grants, and outreach, working with the President/CEO and external partners to move initiatives from concept to implementation and drive organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, public health, marketing, communications, or related field required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience in leading business development, strategic partnerships, organizational growth, fundraising, marketing, communications, or related functions required; nonprofit or healthcare experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth and business development initiatives aligned with BHcare’s mission and long-term goals.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for service expansion, partnerships, affiliations, and revenue diversification.
• Build and maintain relationships with funders, community partners, healthcare providers, referral sources, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide strategic direction for development, marketing, communications, grants, and community engagement.
• Partner with leadership to assess market opportunities, develop business plans, and implement approved initiatives.
