Job summary

The Villarreal Organization, Inc is seeking a Corporate Operations Manager in Las Vegas, NV. You will support Advantixx and its operated companies by coordinating enterprise operations, standards, projects, reporting, and cross‑company execution in alignment with executive priorities.

You will work with leaders, colleagues, vendors, and business units to ensure timely completion of priorities, maintain records, protect confidential information, manage risks, and drive continuous process

Qualifications

Relevant education, training, or experience appropriate to the position.
Strong organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with limited supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or comparable business systems.
Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, unless otherwise approved.

Responsibilities
