Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Pharmacy degree strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership in business development or enterprise sales.
• Experience with budget development and P&L management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships.
• Experience negotiating contracts and licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue growth strategy across ASHP products and partnerships.
• Manage budget, pricing, and P&L for portfolios.
• Develop strategic alliances with hospitals, pharma, and IT partners.
• Oversee enterprise sales, licensing, and sponsorship programs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives with mission.
