Job summary

Optimal Balance Pharmacy is seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations to lead national growth and build the operating infrastructure required to scale well beyond current size. The role demands a builder, operator and strategic leader capable of shaping people, processes, technology and facilities for multi-state expansion.

Qualifications

• PharmD or pharmacy background is valuable but not required.
• Experience scaling operations in large, high-volume organizations.
• Ability to design KPIs and management dashboards for performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operational leadership team across pharmacy operations, fulfillment, shipping, inventory and procurement.
• Build a scalable operating structure with clearly defined responsibilities and accountability.
• Drive improvements in prescription throughput, turnaround time, labor efficiency and operating cost.
• Develop staffing models and workforce plans aligned with current volume and future demand.
• Partner with Quality and Regulatory to ensure compliance and inspection readiness.
