Senior Leader accountable for Business Development, Capture, Proposal/Pricing, and Marketing functions across the federal marketplace. Must be an agile thinker that can recognize, act, organize and task resources to capture an opportunity in weeks as well as push traditional approaches to capturing federal and other opportunities. This is NOT a senior Capture Manager position. You will lead an effort requiring constant tuning and staff accountability to produce results from opportunity identification, bid assessment, and bid task assignments. Working for you will be a Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, and a support team.
The Chief Growth Officer owns the growth engine for the GTSC family of companies (GST, The Bowen Group, AEITS, and DataWiz). As a member of the executive leadership team, the CGO is accountable for the strategy and execution that carries the platform from approximately $80M to $100M+ in revenue and beyond - through both organic growth (business development, capture, on-contract growth, and recompetes) and inorganic growth (sourcing, diligence support, and integration of acquired businesses).
This is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance role. The CGO is expected to establish repeatable, disciplined growth systems and processes, own the qualified pipeline end to end, protect and expand strategic contract vehicles, and translate the company's M&A-plus-organic strategy into measurable revenue outcomes.
