SourceCode is seeking a dynamic SVP, Integrated Marketing & Consumer Tech to provide unified leadership across the agency, driving growth of the Integrated Marketing practice while delivering measurable ROI across paid, earned, owned, and shared channels.

You will lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team, using data-driven strategies and innovative solutions to win new business and optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience building and growing integrated marketing, PR, and digital practices within an agency environment.
• Executive leadership with the ability to develop talent and drive results.
• Strategic business acumen: translate complex challenges into integrated marketing strategies.
• Commercial and financial leadership: revenue growth, forecasting, profitability, and resource planning.
• Innovation, AI and tech evolution: familiarity with AI, marketing automation, and evolving marketing tech.
• Integrated marketing expertise across paid, earned, owned and shared media.
• Executive communication: strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Technology and data fluency: comfortable with analytics, measurement, and emerging tools.
• Culture-first mindset: entrepreneurial, collaborative, and people-focused.

Responsabilités

• Lead the integrated marketing and consumer tech practice, guiding growth, strategy, financial health, client counsel, and talent development.
• Drive organic growth through cross-selling services like SEO, influencer marketing, and analytics.
• Develop and secure new business opportunities, leading integrated pitches and multi-channel engagements.
• Oversee portfolio health, collaboration across units, and scalable delivery models.
• Foster innovation by adopting AI enabled workflows, marketing automation, and modern search capabilities.
• Manage P&L and budget ownership for the practice and portfolio.
• Lead thought leadership and industry influence to strengthen market differentiation.
• Cultivate a world-class hybrid talent roster and a high-performance team.
