Job summary

InTouch Credit Union in Plano, TX, is seeking a full‑time Senior Vice President (SVP) Chief Growth Officer to join our dynamic team. Reports to the President/CEO and oversees Marketing and In‑Person Retail Branch Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of seven or more years of senior management experience in credit union/banking.
• Knowledge of credit union operations and leading-edge delivery systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase market share and member acquisition.
• Lead marketing strategy and in-person branch operations to drive service excellence.
• Manage budgets and monitor growth and sales performance against targets.
• Coordinate with Executive Leadership Team on strategic objectives and resource planning.
