Qualifications

• Technical or business undergraduate degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in business development, strategy, or senior commercial roles in tech/engineering.
• Proven track record selling complex engineering services to OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
• Established network in core markets with repeat business.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new client relationships.
• Develop new business opportunities to generate external revenue.
• Lead BD strategy to attract and retain clients with marketing alignment.
• Position Triz as a premier end-to-end engineering partner.
• Build and manage a high-value sales pipeline.
