New Reach Media is seeking a General Manager for the Owners Club, a flagship executive membership community. You will guide brand strategy, sales, retention, and programming while partnering with executive leadership to expand impact and market position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in growth, revenue, and member experience.
• Proven success leading premium membership organizations or high-touch communities.
• Ability to build and execute strategies to improve sales, retention, and lifetime value.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategic plan for Owners Club in alignment with New Reach objectives.
• Own the overall performance, including revenue growth, member acquisition, retention, engagement, profitability, and LTV.
• Lead brand strategy, positioning, and market differentiation for a premier community of experienced entrepreneurs and real estate investors.
• Partner with Pace Morby to translate vision into scalable strategies, programming, and experiences.
• Collaborate with Sales on pipeline, conversions, and enrollment quality.
