Cesna Recruitment seeks a Chief Strategy Officer to translate innovation into scalable retail execution, building the operating system that connects Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and E-Commerce for successful shelf launches.

This leader protects execution readiness, commercial discipline, and retailer success in a fast-moving, founder-led environment, and must drive end-to-end commercialization with strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in consumer, beauty, CPG, or retail-driven businesses.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end commercialization.
• Led cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, SCM, and Sales.
• Experience fixing or building growth processes in founder-led companies.
• Accountability for launch readiness, forecast accuracy, and retail success.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise commercialization process (Concept → Launch → Retail execution).
• Cross-functional operating rhythm across Product, Marketing, SCM, Sales, E-Com.
• Launch readiness standards (packaging, supply, timing, retailer requirements).
• Forecast alignment and execution discipline.
• Retailer-facing readiness (line reviews, resets, GTM readiness).
• Building scalable processes where none exist.
• Balancing speed of innovation with operational reliability.
