Formación

• 8-12+ years in Product Management, Industry Solutions, or Strategy.
• Deep experience in Retail Execution / CPG / Field Sales / Trade Marketing.
• Proven ownership of enterprise SaaS products at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for Retail Execution solutions.
• Own product P&L levers: pricing, packaging, attach rate, adoption, renewals.
• Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, UX, Data, AI, SMEs) and manage epics, prioritization, and releases.
• Drive integrations with mobile workforce tools, trade promotion management, order management, and data/AI layers.
