Job summary
MAYU Water is seeking an experienced Vice President of Growth to helm the company''s digital expansion across Shopify and Amazon, driving CRO, paid media, influencer marketing, email and SMS, subscriptions, SEO, and AEO. This leader will build a high-performing team of internal staff and agency partners, using data-driven strategies to optimize the customer journey from awareness to loyalty.
Reporting to the CEO, you will contribute to board discussions and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of growth leadership experience with DTC brands
- Proven success scaling a consumer goods brand across Shopify and Amazon
- Hands-on leadership with agency partners and internal teams
- Strong experience using digital marketing tools to build funnels and increase conversions
- Experience with CRO, paid media, email/SMS, subscriptions, SEO, and AEO
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making
- Clear, compelling communicator with technical and business acumen
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and digital sales P&L across Shopify and Amazon
- Lead long-range planning translating priorities into actionable plans
- Build and optimize a scalable subscription program
- Define email, SMS, SEO and AEO strategies to boost engagement and revenue
- Grow and manage a high-performing team and partner network
- Develop dashboards and recurring reports to inform strategy and execution
- Lead annual and quarterly planning for net sales and investments
