Job summary

Everest Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Operations Lead for its Bridgewater, NJ on-site location or remote work from anywhere in the USA. You will lead site management and clinical monitoring activities across studies, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

You will mentor the clinical operations team, develop monitoring plans, and oversee CTMS/TMF processes, QA, and regulatory submissions while maintaining ICH-GCP compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in life sciences or related field.
• 7 years clinical research trial and/or monitoring experience.
• Thorough knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Oncology experience required; Pain/CV/Metabolic experience advantageous.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, planning, and delivery of study management across all phases.
• Identify and motivate study sites for patient recruitment and retention.
• Oversee CTMS and TMF setup, maintenance, and quality control.
• Plan and conduct training for the study team on project matters.
• Develop monitoring plans and oversee site monitoring visits.
• Collaborate with other departments to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
• Assist with sites contracts/budgets and regulatory submissions.
