Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Chief Compliance Officer for one of its multiple series trusts (MST) to lead the MST compliance program, oversee AML efforts, and coordinate with MST Officers and the Board. This role requires extensive securities regulation and governance experience.

The CCO will review service provider programs, conduct site visits, manage regulatory examinations, and deliver the 38a-1 report. A hybrid work schedule and travel about 15% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ten+ years of related compliance experience.
• Two+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with ETFs or securities is preferred.
• Experience reporting to a board.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MST compliance program and policies.
• Oversee service providers' compliance programs and conduct site visits.
• Manage regulatory examinations.
• Prepare and deliver annual 38a-1 report.
• Interact with MST Board and other officers.
• Provide feedback to CCO staff.
• Participate in webinars/calls on regulatory updates.
• Travel ~15%.
