Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a VP, Fulfillment Planning & Optimization to lead end-to-end planning across our fulfillment network. You will own the S&OP process, translate forecasts into actionable labor and readiness plans, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure on-time, cost-effective fulfillment for leading brands.

You will partner with CX, Operations, and People teams to optimize capacity, build scalable planning models, and continuously improve forecast

Qualifications

• Significant experience owning S&OP, workforce planning, or capacity planning at scale within a large fulfillment network.
• Strong forecasting and data-analysis capabilities to translate demand into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across CX, Ops, and People teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Stord’s S&OP across the fulfillment network, creating a single view of demand and required resources.
• Translate customer forecasts into site-, process-, shift-, and time-specific operating requirements.
• Build comprehensive labor plans across sites, shifts, and planning horizons; track delivery and gaps.
• Develop readiness plans for MHE, EHS & Facilities, Procurement, IE, and Training.
• Lead the Readiness Program Management from planning to execution with clear milestones.
• Monitor actual inbound/outbound volume vs forecast and adjust plans as needed.
