Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Vice President of Operations in the United States to lead a nationwide home services franchise network.

You will translate strategy into scalable operating plans, drive growth, improve franchisee performance, and oversee financials, KPIs, and cross-functional initiatives with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Hybrid work model with Texas offices and up to 20% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, franchise operations, multi-unit management, or related leadership roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams supporting franchise Owners or dispersed locations.
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans, budgets, and growth strategies across the franchise network.
• Drive franchise performance, sales growth, profitability, and standardized operating practices.
• Lead and develop Franchise Business Coaches and other operational teams.
• Monitor financial health through budgets, P&L, and performance indicators; identify risks and opportunities.
