Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Finance.
• 10+ years in operations leadership or multi-unit roles.
• Experience supporting franchise owners and teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
• Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans and budgets.
• Lead franchise system operational performance and growth.
• Establish and improve operating policies, tools, and processes.
• Manage Franchise Business Coaches and support teams.
• Evaluate franchisee performance and financial health.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Training teams.
• Support vendor opportunities and relationships.
• Perform other duties as required.
