Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks an accomplished Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and Enterprise Analytics to lead enterprise financial planning, performance management, and in-depth analytics across the health system.

The role reports to the SVP of Financial Operations and Corporate Accounting and requires a track record of transforming finance functions within complex healthcare organizations. Exceptional strategic communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strategic financial leadership experience in a healthcare system or large integrated delivery network.
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and financial modeling.
• Experience translating complex financial data into executive-level narratives and board materials.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing FP&A teams and drive organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise financial planning activities including annual budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Provide executive leadership with timely analysis of performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for executives and boards.
• Oversee service line profitability, reimbursement strategies, and value-based care initiatives.
• Partner with treasury on capital allocation, debt capacity, and liquidity planning.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across finance shared services.
