Sharp Foundation seeks a senior officer to lead the financial and administrative services for SHF and CHF. You will oversee a $300 million balance sheet, 300+ funds and 70 endowments, ensure GAAP compliance, and coordinate audits and 990s.

You’ll work closely with the Sharp Foundation accountant and the Sharp Finance Department to deliver accurate reporting and strategic management. The role involves budgeting, grant oversight, gift processing, and coordination with boards and committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in financial analysis and/or accounting.
• 3+ years in non-profit or foundation financial management.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Experience with FASB and GAAP standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Foundations financials and governance processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets.
• Coordinate audits, 990s, and compliance with internal controls.
• Staff SHF/CHF Finance Committees and Board reporting.
• Manage balance sheet oversight and fund administration.
