Job summary

Leadership of Foundation staff and collaboration with executives will shape strategic plans, messaging, and collateral to maximize community support and donor engagement for Sharp Tri-City Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Five years progressive fundraising experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience working with volunteers is important.
• Strong leadership and donor relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the fundraising program through donor identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Provide staff leadership to Foundation personnel and collaborate with hospital leadership.
• Develop strategic plans, case statements and stewardship programs to meet fundraising goals.
• Oversee annual giving, special events, and communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging.
