Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Director of Foundation Finance to lead financial and administrative services for SHF and CHF. You will oversee cash management, investments, budgeting, audits, and reporting to the Boards of Directors, providing strategic financial oversight for a portfolio totaling $300 million in assets across 300 funds and 70 endowments.

You will collaborate with the Sharp Foundation accountant, manage gift processing, grants, and compliance with FASB/GAAP, and guide a team

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7 Years Experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.
• 3 Years Experience in non-profit or Foundation financial management.
• 4 Years Management experience.
• Experience with nonprofit Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) standards.

Responsabilidades

• Foundation Accounting and Financials: oversight of day-to-day finance and gift processing; ensure timely, accurate financial information with internal controls.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, Foundations Dashboard, and reports to CEO/Board.
• Oversee Foundation budgets, Workday expense approvals, and annual budget for Board approval.
• Manage Foundation 990s, audits, and compliance with grant restrictions.
