Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a senior finance leader to direct Foundation Accounting and Financials for SHF and CHF, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and internal controls across all financial operations.

Responsibilities include managing $300 million in assets, 70 endowments, and multiple funds; preparing budgets, reports for boards, and coordinating audits and 990s while leading the finance team and systems such as Workday and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in financial analysis and/or accounting.
• 3+ years experience in non-profit or Foundation financial management.
• 4+ years management experience.
• Experience with FASB and GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance and gift processing operations with internal controls.
• Manage annual budgeting process and Workday budget.
• Staff SHF and CHF Finance Committees and prepare financial reports for boards.
• Prepare 990s, audits, and ensure accounting compliance.
• Oversee Foundation balance sheet ($300M) and 70 endowments; manage fund status.
• Manage operations team, data systems, and cybersecurity compliance.
