Sharp HealthCare is seeking a senior fundraising leader to head the Tri-City Medical Center Foundation, guiding annual giving, donor solicitation, and strategic campaigns to support Sharp Tri-City Medical Center. You will recruit volunteers, manage staff, and coordinate with physicians and executives to advance the foundation's goals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of fundraising leadership, with a proven track record and strong interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years progressive fundraising experience with a proven track record.
• Experience working with volunteers is important.
• Must be able to plan, organize and direct fundraising activities with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and direct comprehensive fundraising programs to meet annual goals.
• Identify, cultivate and solicit major/planned gifts in collaboration with leaders.
• Provide staff leadership and oversee annual giving, administration and communications.
• Develop and implement strategic messaging for all giving activities and events.
• Supervise foundation staff and support board and committee meetings.
