You will own projects end-to-end, weaving AI-assisted tools into everyday coding and coordinating with multiple teams to maintain alignment with business goals. You will guide architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and communicate clearly with stakeholders while adapting to changing client demands.

Qualifications

• Seven-plus years of practical software engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and direct technical work without BA/Scrum Master support.
• Experience delivering full-stack solutions using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Cloud experience with AWS.
• Hands-on coding with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot or similar).
• Strong engagement with business audiences and independent agile delivery.

We're seeking a Chief Forward Deployed Engineer who will function as a self-directed technical leader working closely with business stakeholders. Rather than relying on a Business Analyst or Scrum Master, you'll engage directly with clients to shape requirements and ship software ready for production use.
