• Requires a baccalaureate degree and four years in housing, urban development, public administration, or related field; a Law Degree or graduate work may substitute for up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Advise on financial policy proposals, programs, and legislation with long-term budget implications.
• Oversee Fiscal Affairs: accounts payable/receivable and procurement per directives.
• Lead multi-year capital strategy and Capital Commitment Plan for affordable housing initiatives.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting across HPD.
• Coordinate with procurement to confirm funding availability and alignment with priorities.
