Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience as CFO or equivalent.
• Experience in agriculture, food, commodities, manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Experience leading finance for multi-site international organizations.
• Progression through controllership, FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnership.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting, cash management, forecasting, and performance management.
• Experience working closely with operations and supply chain teams.
• Ability to move between strategic planning and detailed financial analysis.
• CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

• Strengthen collaboration between finance and the broader organization.

Our client is a global organization operating across agriculture, food, commodities, manufacturing, and supply chain services. The business is entering an important phase of growth and transformation and is seeking a commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, strengthen business performance, and serve as a key partner to the executive leadership team.

This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who can operate beyond traditional reporting. The CFO will bring together financial discipline, operational insight, long-term planning, and commercial decision-making across a complex, multi-location organization.

What You’ll Lead:

What We’re Looking For

• Senior finance leadership experience as a CFO, Divisional CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent
• Experience in agriculture, food, commodities, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or another operationally complex industry
• Previous experience leading finance for a multi-site, international, or highly matrixed organization
• A track record of progressing through multiple finance functions, including controllership, FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnership
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, accounting, cash management, forecasting, and performance management
• Experience working closely with operations and supply chain teams
• Ability to move between strategic planning and detailed financial analysis
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
• CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
