Job summary

CI Search Group is supporting the search for a Regional CFO to lead finance across North and Latin America for a global manufacturing and commodities organization.

This executive leadership role offers exposure to regional and global leadership, with potential for bonus and long-term incentives and relocation assistance. Prior CFO experience is not required; candidates with progressive senior finance experience are invited to apply.

Qualifications

We're looking for executives who have:

• CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 18+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Experience leading finance within a large multinational organization
• Background supporting multiple countries and complex global operations
• Experience in manufacturing, commodities, agriculture, food & beverage, logistics, or supply chain
• Expertise across FP&A, treasury, accounting, tax, internal controls, commercial finance, and strategic business partnering

Previous CFO experience is not required. We're open to accomplished finance leaders who have demonstrated progressive growth and are ready to step into a Regional CFO role.
