The ideal candidate brings deep corporate finance expertise, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, capital markets experience, and a track record in strategic planning, cost control, and liquidity management to support aggressive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or MS in Finance strongly preferred.
• CPA or CFA preferred.
• 12+ years finance experience with 5+ years as CFO/VP of Finance in manufacturing.
• Experience in banking, investment banking, or corporate treasury.

Responsibilities

• Capital Markets & Banking Relations: Manage relationships with banking partners, negotiate syndicated facilities, ABL, and equipment financing.
• Manufacturing Cost Control: Oversee standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation methods (FIFO/LIFO/WAC).
• Cash Flow & Working Capital: Optimize cash conversion, CapEx, receivables, and supply chain financing.
• Risk & Compliance: Implement controls aligned with GAAP, mitigate risk, and ensure covenant compliance for loans.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with operations to evaluate plant performance and automation ROI.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial operations of our organization. In this executive role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in corporate finance, financial reporting standards such as GAAP and IFRS, and have a proven track record in strategic planning and leadership within complex organizations. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving fiscal health, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

We are looking for someone with a background in banking, bridging corporate treasury, commercial lending, and plant-level cost accounting to optimize capital structure and secure aggressive growth funding.

• Core Focus: Capital structuring, banking relationship experience, senior debt facility management, cost-variance analytics, and operational liquidity. Experience working with banks on loans and lines of credit.

Key Responsibilities

• Capital Markets & Banking Relations: Manage primary relationships with commercial banking partners, negotiate syndicated credit facilities, asset-based lending (ABL), and equipment financing.
• Manufacturing Cost Control: Oversee standard costing, variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), and inventory valuation methods (FIFO/LIFO/WAC).
• Cash Flow & Working Capital: Optimize cash conversion cycles, managing heavy capital expenditures (CapEx), receivables, and supply chain financing.
• Risk & Compliance: Implement rigorous financial controls aligned with GAAP, operational risk mitigation, and covenant compliance for commercial loans.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with operations and plant managers to evaluate plant performance, automation ROI, and footprint expansions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or MS in Finance strongly preferred.
• Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred.
• Experience: 12+ years total finance experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a corporate CFO/VP of Finance in manufacturing and prior commercial banking, investment banking, or corporate treasury experience.
• Technical Acumen: Advanced grasp of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Epicor) and manufacturing business intelligence tools (Power BI).
