This role will lead financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, accounting, reporting, systems transformation, and capital allocation, while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the finance function across accounting, FP&A, reporting, treasury, and commercial finance.

  • Build greater visibility into customer, channel, and product profitability to support pricing, margin improvement, and commercial decision making.

  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, KPI development, and financial planning processes.

  • Partner with Operations to improve manufacturing performance, inventory management, working capital, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation or optimization, reporting enhancements, and business intelligence tools.

  • Support strategic growth through financial modelling, capital allocation, acquisitions, and investment analysis.

  • Develop strong relationships with the executive leadership team, Board, banking partners, and external advisors.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance organization while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and commercial partnership.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within a food, beverage, consumer products, manufacturing, or agribusiness organization.

  • Strong commercial finance background with experience supporting pricing, customer profitability, and strategic decision making.

  • Demonstrated success leading finance transformation, ERP implementations, systems improvements, or post‑acquisition integration.

  • Experience supporting capital projects, acquisitions, and long‑term strategic planning.

  • Collaborative, low‑ego leadership style with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.

  • CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a growing, market‑leading manufacturer in a highly visible executive role. You'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to shape strategy, strengthen financial capabilities, and build the infrastructure needed to support the next stage of growth.
