The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, coupled with significant experience in the engineering consulting industry. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, executive team, and board of directors to provide financial leadership, develop long‑term strategies, and drive the company's financial performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning.
• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, investment strategies, and financial risk.
