Job description

Our client is a privately held, vertically integrated real estate investment and development company with a longstanding track record of executing complex, institutional-quality projects across major U.S. markets. The firm operates across multiple asset classes and combines investment, development, asset management, and operating capabilities under a single platform.

The company has established its reputation through large-scale development and investment initiatives involving sophisticated capital structures, institutional joint venture partners, and multiple sources of debt and equity.
