Kforce is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic healthcare technology client in an onsite role in the Greater Philadelphia area. The CFO will partner with the CEO, President and Board to guide the next growth phase and prepare the company for public markets by building a world-class finance organization.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of finance leadership, CPA, and proven publicly traded company experience with >$100M revenue, plus strong SEC, IR, SOX, and M&A

Kforce's client, a dynamic, privately held healthcare technology company on an accelerated growth trajectory and preparing for a future public offering, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth company at a transformational stage and make a lasting impact on its future success. This is an onsite role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. Candidates should reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance may be available for the right individual. Summary: Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team, helping guide the company's next phase of growth and value creation. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to build and lead a world-class finance organization while playing a key role in shaping the company's path to the public markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and financial strategy


• Oversee SEC reporting and public-company readiness initiatives


• Direct Investor Relations, SOX compliance, Treasury, and risk management functions

Requirements

• CPA


• 15+ years of overall experience, with recent experience as CFO of a publicly traded company with revenues in excess of $100 million


• Previous health care/tech industry experience is a plus


• Experience managing SEC filings, Investor Relations, SOX, M&A, Treasury functions and more


• Qualified candidates should have experience leading/developing a best-in-class finance organization in a high-growth environment


• Outstanding communication and presentation skills are essential

Compensation Package

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
