Kforce is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer to join a dynamic healthcare technology client in an onsite role in the Greater Philadelphia area. The CFO will partner with the CEO, President and Board to guide the next growth phase and prepare the company for public markets by building a world-class finance organization.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of finance leadership, CPA, and proven publicly traded company experience with >$100M revenue, plus strong SEC, IR, SOX, and M&A

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 15+ years of overall experience, with recent experience as CFO of a publicly traded company with revenues >$100 million.
• Healthcare/tech industry experience is a plus.
• Experience leading/developing a best-in-class finance organization in a high-growth environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and financial strategy.
• Oversee SEC reporting and public-company readiness initiatives.
• Direct Investor Relations, SOX compliance, Treasury, and risk management functions.
• Evaluate and execute M&A and other strategic growth opportunities.
• Partner with executive leadership on long-term business planning and operational strategy.
• Serve as the primary financial resource to the Board, including Audit and Compensation Committees.
